We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please Contact Us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to confirm availability.

All of our orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1-2 business days and require an average of approximately 5-14 days for shipping with our "Free Shipping" option.

Please note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change based on unforeseen or uncontrollable worldwide events.

 

🎉Holiday & Post-Holiday Shipping Notice:

Due to increased order volume and temporary overload at fulfillment centers and logistics partners, delivery times may be longer than usual during this period.

Orders may take up to 10-18 days to be delivered. This delay is related to processing capacity and transportation flow and is temporary in nature.

We are actively working with our partners to ensure all orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

European Delivery Notice:

This extended timeframe is due to logistical routing and customs processing in these regions, which may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times compared to other European destinations. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with our international partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Canada Delivery Notice:

Please note that delivery times to all Canadian provinces and territories may vary depending on regional logistics and customs processing.
The estimated delivery timeframe for Canada is 10 to 25 business days, with certain provinces potentially experiencing slightly longer transit times due to distance and local carrier operations.
We appreciate your understanding as we work closely with our international shipping partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

U.S. Delivery Restrictions:

Please be aware that - We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. island territories.
These areas require special air or maritime logistics that are not supported by our current shipping partners. Orders placed with delivery addresses in these regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.

New Zealand Delivery Restrictions:

Please be aware that – We do not ship to the following remote or island territories of New Zealand: Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kermadec Islands, Subantarctic Islands (including Campbell Island, Auckland Islands, Snares Islands), and other remote offshore territories.

Taxes & Tariffs: Please note that all duties and taxes are included within the cost of shipping. If you do receive any calls, texts, or emails from customs, please email us with your order number so we can resolve this matter with our shipping team.

Lost/Damaged Packages: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages as soon as they leave our fulfillment centre. We are also not responsible for any delivery errors that may occur via carrier. By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees and understands that any lost or damaged packages that leave any Nymock fulfillment centre becomes the responsibility of the customer and the respective third-party carrier. Nevertheless, as a valued customer, our Customer Support Team will do their absolute best to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of shipping.

Please note that shipping is a service provided by a third-party carrier that is associated with a customer's order and unaffiliated with KleoLum. This means that any shipping issues must be handled by the respective third-party carrier, not KleoLum.

KleoLum is responsible for all purchases up until the point it reaches the hands of any of our third-party shipping partners. Please note that once a package leaves our hands, all shipping related issues are completely out of our control.

At KleoLum, we work with multiple fulfillment centers located across the United States and Europe. This allows us to deliver your favorite products as efficiently as possible.

Because our products are stored in different locations, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately in multiple packages.

Each package will have its own tracking number, and you’ll receive updates for every shipment as soon as it’s dispatched.

📦Taxes & Duties

Most of our orders arrive without any additional taxes or fees.
Small parcels are processed through standard customs procedures, and customers typically do not pay anything extra upon delivery.

In rare cases, local carriers may apply small VAT or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not collected by our store.
