Refund policy

At KleoLum, we strive to ensure that both you and your furry companions are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


    Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items


      Return Process

      To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@kleolum.com. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.

      Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.

       

      Refunds

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

       

      Late or missing refunds:

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kleolum.com.

       

      Exchanges

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at info@kleolum.com with details and a photo of the damage.

       

      Shipping for Returns

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      In cases where the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

       

      Sale Items

      Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
